The offer primarily attracted arbitrage bettors who compare odds across multiple platforms rather than standard customers. These users captured the margin through line discrepancies, while the remaining profit was absorbed by bonus payouts. The bookmaker retained the turnover volume, but the financial yield transferred to the arbitrage segment.

The discrepancy was identified after the campaign period concluded. Performance tracking initially prioritized registration counts and aggregate turnover, overlooking individual customer classification and acquisition costs. The data review demonstrated that volume growth does not automatically align with revenue efficiency.
